We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Online Site Collection Administrator and Power Platform Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for administering SharePoint Online site collections, managing permissions, and supporting Power Platform solutions to drive business efficiency and collaboration. This role requires a strong technical background in SharePoint Online administration and proficiency in developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Candidates must have previous experience working in SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform. 

All candidates must pass a government client’s Background Investigation, as well as obtain a clearance which requires US Citizenship. 

This position is located in Washington, DC with some remote work available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering SharePoint Online site collections, including site creation, management, permissions configuration, and customization.
  • Must have knowledge of Hub and Associate site hierarchy and management.
  • Designing and developing SharePoint solutions including sites, lists, and libraries.
  • Designing, developing, and deploying solutions using Power Apps to automate business processes and enhance user productivity.
  • Configuring and managing Power Automate workflows to automate tasks and integrate with other Microsoft 365 products.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions within SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
  • Providing support and troubleshooting for SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Implementing governance and security best practices for SharePoint Online site collections and Power Platform solutions.
  • Documenting processes, procedures, and solution architectures for knowledge sharing and future reference.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience as a SharePoint Online Administrator with expertise in site collection management, permissions administration, and content management.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and implementing solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Experience in integrating Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Online and other Microsoft 365 services.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and design appropriate solutions using SharePoint Online and Power Platform tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of SharePoint migration processes and experience in migrating content to SharePoint Online.
  • Experience in environments requiring US Government security clearance.
